"The staff we interacted with were uniformly helpful and very pleasant. They helped counter some of the frustration from the poor design of the hotel. The design issues weren’t terrible, just frustrating; things like shower curtains not reaching the top of the tub which led to wet floors, the sink faucet being set so close to the edge of the sink that it was impossible to use it without flooding the back of the sink, and very odd design in the room. The latter was notable for the location of the tv, the location of a lamp which blocked the view of a painting, and most problematic, the location of the bedside lamps which were placed too far from the beds to make it possible to use the lamps to read in bed. Again, the friendliness of the staff did help mitigate the annoying aspects of the hotel design."

"Perfect location for sure! Spent the weekend at Jen’s place with my daughter and nieces for a quick girls trip, and it was great! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and convenient. We walked downtown and to the pier, and even though it was chilly, sat on the rooftop patio for a bit. Without question one of the best places I have ever stayed. "

"Our stay in Grand Haven was wonderful! The home is nicely decorated, well-maintained, clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Grand Haven, even a nearby yoga studio! It was a convenient stay to visit our nearby student at GVSU, too. We found our stay to also be pet-friendly both in the home and in the nearby Grand Haven area. Pamela was very helpful, responsive and attentive to our needs. We loved our visit!"

"Could have had pots and pans in kitchen, hangers in closets, a book maybe stating where to park and things to do. We had no idea where to park for hours after we checked in, which was very frustrating, especially with signs saying our vehicle could be towed if not parked in correct spot. The door also, we could see out the bottom and sides of it, which was a little creepy. The bed was comfortable, and the place was cute. "
