"My husband and I needed a weekend away. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We choose a king size room with jacuzzi. It wasnt inside the hotel, so if we wanted to use the pool or hot tub, we had to walk outside to get into the hotel. Not a big deal, but would have been a "good to know" type of thing in the description. The jacuzzi was nice, but didn't hold the water well, so while we were relaxing, you heard the water slowly draining out of the tub. We put plastic and a washcloth over the drain to help quiet the noise. Then it wouldnt drain unless I was holding down the drain lever. These issues were not horrible and I didnt put in a complaint because I was just glad to be away. The room was nice, I didn't hear neighbors, and the breakfast was okay. Glad to have a meal and not have to spend more money. Overall the hotel was nice and affordable. "

"This condo is in a great location and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the musical fountain, and the riverfront park. It's clean, neat, and well-stocked with basics. The hosts are wonderful. One of its best features is reserved indoor parking. Grand Haven has a parking problem, and having your car in a covered, heated garage - especailly in winter- is important. "

"Could have had pots and pans in kitchen, hangers in closets, a book maybe stating where to park and things to do. We had no idea where to park for hours after we checked in, which was very frustrating, especially with signs saying our vehicle could be towed if not parked in correct spot. The door also, we could see out the bottom and sides of it, which was a little creepy. The bed was comfortable, and the place was cute. "

"The place was perfect, I loved it, and would define stay there in the future when I visit. The only frustration was the Vrbo glitch with checking in. A message sent by the manager did not go through and it was frustrating getting that figured out. Once the mgr was contacted, it was resolved. Lovely town and a perfect stay. Tammy"

"My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The views are amazing and the location is so convenient to walking downtown, plus a short drive to the state park and lighthouse. The condo is spacious, so welcoming and cozy! We laughed that we each got our own balcony. :) The island is perfect for cooking, socializing, etc. Kitchen is stocked nicely as well as plenty of towels, blankets, games, etc. It was very quiet (off season) which made for an enjoyable shopping and dining. Kelli made the reservation process very easy with quick communication, offering an extra parking space and easy check in/out procedures. I visit Grand Haven a few times a year and would definitely return here. "
