The building is partially collapsed and the rooms are run down and tatty. This is not luxury. The breakfast is lovely and so are the staff in the restaurant. The rest is dire and so I would avoid.

Where to start , main door into so called suit rotten and insecure. Much the same inside , Rotten mismatched skirting , some of this caused by ill fitting shower curtain. I would say the room wasn’t dirty but needs a lot of tlc . Even the plug in the hand basin missing , how much do they even cost ? .
Silicone around the bathroom falling off and mouldy .. shocking . This hasn’t seen any investment in a long long time .

We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.
