The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!"

"10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime."

"We had a great stay here. Dinner was walking distance and had live music. We rented a boat at the marina and kids had a blast on the lake. Probably our favorite activity was fishing off docks (you can rent poles and worms from marina). My favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We had a great time, thanks for hosting our family."

"The stay was great! The pictures were very accurate and I was able to plan accordingly. The owner was nice and quick to respond when I needed. If you have a larger party, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper because we ran out very quickly. Other than that, they had everything we needed for a fun stay!"
