We have a 1 bedroom condo that is nicely appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Horseshoe Bay. We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the balcony (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). Fully Stocked, Elevator, Private Parking \*King bed - luxury linens and 4 pillows \*Full bathroom includes shower and larger soaker tub ... with mini-amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion) plenty of towels and wash clothes, and hair dryer \*Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, glasses, pots/pans, all utensils, spices, etc., paper towels, soaps, towels, Keurig (some k-cups to get you started) \*Large flat screen TV's (one in living room and one in bedroom) \*Free WiFi \*Free assigned parking for one vehicle \*Unit is located on the 2nd story (stairs and elevator available) We have a high-end King size bed in the bedroom with resort quality, luxurious bedding and linens. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, as well as, a queen air mattress (resort linens, pillows, and blankets provided). The bathroom has a large tub and shower and is stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryer. We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable tv provided. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener. Our guests have access to the resort style pool and hot tub ... as well as, gas grills that are located close by near the marina and some of the other condo buildings near by making it easy to cook out while enjoying your stay. BBQ tools are located in the condo. Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here! There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies. You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland (they drop off and pick up) and we can help you find a private sunset cruise on Lake LBJ (day trips available too). We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask. The Neighborhood Our condo is in the very best building in The Waters complex and located on the exclusive "Island Drive." Island Drive is gorgeous! And you will want to take your morning and evening walks there! Getting Around Free parking in your reserved spot in our covered parking garage. Other Things to Note Gas Grills available near the marina. NOTE: We also have another 1 bedroom Waters unit, a 2 bedroom townhouse across the street from the resort, and a 3 bedroom townhouse available (about a 30 second walk) so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We have stayed all around LBJ and Horseshoe Bay over the years. I was looking for something for just the 3 of us for an extended stay at a reasonable rate. This one bedroom was perfect. The kitchen has what you need, the AC works great. I could see our boat from the balcony in between the buildings, and overlook the pool at the same time. The pool is steps away from the building, and the courtesy docks are just steps away on the other side of the building. There is a bbq in the pool area which is cleaned daily by the staff. It was really nice to be able to go between the pool and our boat each day without having to drive. Out of all the houses and condos we have rented there, this was the most convenient and best value. It was much nicer inside than I had anticipated and included a wonderful, small corner deck that overlooked the property pool. Since we were there to look at the overall area, we didn't have time to use the pool or really prepare meals, but the kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom had everything we needed and the large soaker tub helped with my sore muscles on the first night we were there. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Check in and Check out was so easy and the hosts were in contact to make sure all was just as it should be.I highly recommend this property and the hosts! ##### Cindy M. Provided code did not work for the door. Could not get ahold of owner. It took about 45 minutes for VRBO to track down the owner. Once we got inside, the condo was not ready. Bed was not made and no towels were available. We had to wait on a service to come make the condo ready. The next morning we realized the cleaning service had not put out any wash cloths. Stayed Memorial Day weekend w/ my husband and 2 teens. Only one bedroom, but there was a couch and a super comfy blowup mattress for the teens. The unit was super clean, and hosts were very quick to respond to questions we had. The property is well kept and the condo is just lovely. The property is clean, well furnished, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The community at Horseshoe Bay is also a bonus. Everybody we encountered was so kind. Our hosts were wonderful and available if we needed them. They provided a list of nearby restaurants and offered assistance for excursions.
