« La chambre était correcte, le monsieur m’a remis les serviettes supplémentaires, les débarbouillettes, et changer les draps, ça c’était super. Ce qui est à améliorer est que quand je lui ai demandé quand est le déjeuner, c’est affiché de 6 am à 9 am en plus de me le dire. Au moment de notre départ la dernière journée, c’était fermé et j’ai appelé et il m’a dit que finalement ce serait à 7:30 am. Je n’avais pas le temps d’attendre de 6:30 a 7:30 sur quelque chose qui était supposé. J’étais déçu....

« If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left...

« There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reserved a room that was supposed to have a KITCHENETTE, nope. A small refrigerator with rust on it and well used microwave. I was awaken by what i thought to be gum shots in the middle of th night.so i covered my children with my body trying to get them between the beds. But someone thought that it was ok to shoot off fireworks in the middle of the night in the parking lot. Several men came running out of their rooms in a defensive manner as...

« No, the room wasn't "spotless" it could have used a little more attention. We stayed over a week and not one time could we tell anyone had been in to check nor clean the room. We went out and bought hand towels & the like for our use. I gave you five stars because the staff, when there, was great. Always smiling and helpful about what to find.. »

"Hôtel familiale bien pour le prix. Par contre, les chambres surtout au niveau des salles de bains seraient à à rénover et un bon nettoyage ou remplacement des aires climatisés. Chambres très humide, le tapis serait à remplacer par du plancher dur! Nous ne retournerons pas là mais ça peut convenir à certaines familles moins difficile. "
