"The room was booked for one night they stated virtual check-in and assistance, with an access code to be provided for a contactless experience. But despite our repeated attempts to reach out for their failure, we were left stranded with no way to enter the property. We waited in desperation, trying to contact the property and Expedia agents, hoping for some kind of resolution. "The guy who runs the place is amazing. He was super sweet and upgraded us a suite room from our standard king for free! The location on the beach was the best part for us. The worst would be all of the people that would walk around, clearly dealing drugs, at all hours of the night. It sucks because it definitely doesn’t feel very safe in that area and twilight surf has alot of potential to be a 5 star place. If they could get rid of the drug dealing, I’d be willing to bet they would thrive....
