Perfect location and easy walking distance to amazing restaurants and patios.

Great location, well maintained facilities. Pool was great, room was great, direct beach access. I would 100% stay here again! Only issue is pool closes early (10pm) and that locks off beach access. Security is a little rude about it too.

Beautiful hotel. It is clean and rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff at the resort are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Propre, et confortable Seulement l'accueil n'est pas agréable et serviable.

The staff was very nice, very courteous, and professional. I would recommend the hotel and come back there as well.

Booked a beautiful suite with 2 rooms (3 beds) plus pullout couch. Full kitchen had everything we needed with large island. Small stackable washer/dryer set was handy. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and a small balcony. Walking distance from Springmaid pier, 2 mini golf locations and several eateries including the Waffle House. Parking was easily accessible. Lots of sales person with tours and time share presentations so I don’t know if this place will be open to a regular booking without a...

Wonderful beach, helpful staff, very comfortable beds. Nice upgrade to have a sea view. An excellent choice for anyone.

Our Hampton Inn was easy to locate on Hwy 501, and close to attractions and other restaurants and to the boardwalk. We were happy to have shopping across the street at the Tanger Outlets; the Olive Garden next door; and the Outback across the street. After a busy day of beach walking or touring, it was nice to have a place to go to dinner nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 6 nights, and I was impressed that the main course at breakfast changed each day. It was a nice...

Room was spotless and well equipped. Staff was very kind. Indoor and outdoor pool kept very clean, my kids loved it.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

yes room was clean. Front desk attendant welcomed me like family, and shuttle service to and from airport was a big plus.

Great facilities, lots for kids/teens to do! Close proximity to an affordable par 3 course which was awesome!

Great hotel very well kept. Only thing I did not like is the separate parking across from it which is typical for hotels there but not all and the pool area should be much bigger considering the size.

We loved our second time at the Avista. The condo, amenities and especially our favourite staff member Coach. We also want to thank Bryan for going above and beyond to store our luggage and the girl working the restaurant the evening of 26/08/26 for giving us sugar packets as we ran out on our last night.

L’emplacement est incroyable et les installations très confortables

Overall good stay the room was what we had expected or hoped, for with all the kitchen and laundry facilities. It was clean wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pool and surrounding areas were very clean as well. Seem to be one of the better kept places in the area at a reasonable cost the elevators worked very well.

Fantastic property. New and very well kept with high quality facilities. Great gym and dining area with lots of space and a great pool.
