« Bon rapport qualité / prix mais l'hôtel n'est pas pratique si on n'est pas en voiture (au bord de l'autoroute, à 12 minutes à pied du 1er arrêt de bus). L'hôtel n'avait pas notre réservation à notre arrivée à cause d'un bogue informatique, nous avons dû attendre 1 h pour avoir une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. La chambre était très sale. Heureusement, Expedia et le personnel de l'hôtel ont tout arrangé le lendemain et la 2ème chambre était propre et conforme. »

"La proximité avec l’aéroport d’une part et avec les activités sur Lake Hood d’autre part a été déterminante dans mon choix de cet hébergement. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Ma chambre était spacieuse, meublée modestement, draps et serviettes blancs et frais. Pour qui apprécie ce qui touche à l’aviation et à ses débuts en Alaska c’est le lieu incontournable. Le restaurant Pipers offre un grand choix de petits déjeuners et on peut consommer en terrasse en observant les mouvements des hydravions."

"We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025\. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. "
