"Rooms was very nice, but had a bit of concern from staff at check in and checking out checking in my bill was already paid but was asked for a $deposit was not explained why was not told the wi-fi code was not told about any type of breakfast but I asked will my $dollars be refunded and was told yes so next day at checkout 10:55 am I turned key in and ask for refund I was told no receipt no refund I felt like I should have been told to keep the receipt, but I found it and the clerk said it...

"Old School Florida ! Just what we were looking for. Rooms are simple, clean and descent. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Grounds are well kept..Some remodeling/Roof replacement was going on but this did not disturb us. Overall we would recommend it."
