"This place really surprised me!! I needed an affordable place for 2 nights and this was a great deal! So you expect it may not be an amazing hotel, but I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly staff, it is well maintained, easy parking (but you need to pay $10 per night for it). Good shower, comfy beds... basic room but better than some high end places I've stayed!! There's a bar and a small arcade with air hockey, pool table and some video games and pinball!!! 😀 Highly recommend!"

"The kids loved the free popcorn. The pool and splash pad was very nice but we didnt get a chance to get in."

"The shuttle to and from Universal was a great perk. It does pick up at a couple other hotels on the way there, but was still quick. You do have to reserve your spots in advance. The hotel was pretty nice. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the mornings. Our room smelled like mildew or something, but the staff agreed to let us change rooms when we inquired."

"A beautiful, comfortable, and clean hotel! Housekeeping was phenomenal and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The restaurant had excellent food and the ice cream shop was a nice extra stop at night. It has a convenient walkway to Universal Studios if you don't mind the hike. It probably took us about 15 to 20 minutes."

"Breakfast was fine, rooms, elevator speed, pool and pool area nice and clean. My only concern was the parking fee as the parking was nearly empty but yet $25 per day? I'm visiting and enjoying your hotel and have to pay for parking. Also, $5 Xtra per day for transportation and amenities? Next time I will take this under consideration before booking at this property. I had stayed at Icon park on International drive, similar quality hotel without this hidden fees."
