« The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

« The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem...

« The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits. »

"Nous n’avons pas trouvé la salle de fitness. Au water Park 3 attractions sur 9 arrêtes et les 4 restants sont en mauvais état. Animation trop ciblée (pour les russes , pour les enfants ) inexistante . Animation de bas niveau. Un piano disponible à l’accueil mais avec interdiction de s’en servir . Attention all inclusive sans la glace au bar et sans les bulles dans l’eau gazeuse . Attention centre assez loin de Nha trang. En revanche , la nourriture est riche variée et copieuse. Le personnel de service est vraiment au top ( attentifs serviables souriants). Les lieux communs sont propres . "
