"We enjoy our evening at the Brentwood. It has been around for a few decades apparently, as such there is a bit of wear, but all good. The only glitch was getting in. I had the code for the main lock box, but couldn't figure out how to work it. (You have to push a button to illuminate a digital key pad. The code for the room lock box was really hard to find in the "email". I suspect if one had the app, it would have been more apparent. (A better explanation of how the lock boxes work (never seen these ones before) might have been helpful. I called the number and the gal was very helpful and resolved the issue. Easy sailing after that. Nice place. It felt a little like first year university entering the dorm for the first time. A few other couples there, but everybody was pretty chill. I don't know if it mentions it on the website, but there is quite the stair case down to the beach, and somebody with significant mobility issues might not be able to navigate it. Over all it was very nice. 4/5 overall."

"Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and basic spices. Appliances were excellent - stove/oven and dishwasher in good shape and easy to use. There is a microwave that we didn't use. There was a Britta in the fridge. There is no drip coffee maker, instead a small french press, a Keurig machine and a small mocha pot. We used the BBQ on both nights, it's gas and super easy to use. "

"Our stay was amazing, everything as described, Tyler was quick in responding. No issues during our stay. Comfy beds, adorable area. Sunsets on that beach are literally amazing. So clean, bright and location can’t be beat! "
