« 深夜のフライトのための休憩として利用した。スタッフの英語が訛りすぎていて意思の疎通が難しかった。施設は外観に比べて中身は全体的に物足りない感じ。
キッズクラブは広く、子どもは大満足していたが電気がついておらず薄暗かった。
またキッズクラブまで歩いて行くには遠くバギーでの移動を頼む必要あり。
だが、部屋からのオーシャンビューが非常に美しく、これには感動した。
また近所の韓国料理の店がとても美味しかった。無料送迎バスで空港まで送ってもらった。 »

The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful. »

그리고 체크인은 너무오래걸리고(나를 체크인해준 직원은 남자직원이었는데, 도무지 서비스마인드라곤 하나도 찾아보기힘들었음. 밤시간대에 손님들이 많아서 많이기다렸는데 인사는커녕 손님들 체크인하는내내 한숨쉬고, 얼굴에 불편한표정만 잔뜩.. 교육이 절실히 필요해. 아니 교육보다는 그런직원은 해고해야함. 별 1점주기도 아까움) »
