"Location for area was good, parking good, unit very small and yard was run down. The mandate insurance for the stay is a joke. And for the VRBO people I got a nasty call from saying I didn’t pay for pet but I put it on when booking and never saw a fee for pets otherwise I would’ve never booked. Host did good with communication for arrival and access."

"My brothers and I stayed at Yessenia & Caelos's home for a boy's golf weekend. It was a wonderful experience. From the large TV's to the BBQ Grill (Which is huge) and the three comfortable beds i would go back again. Also, the kitchen was big and that helped as we cooked in Saturday night."

"The property size was great, bedrooms and decor were beautiful. However, the property was not clean. The place settings on the table and countertop in the kitchen were very dusty. Some of the towels were dirty. The outdoor furniture wasn't cleaned. There is dust and trash under the beds. Communication with the host was variable, and sometimes I had to ask my question twice to get a response. The outdoor trash was overflowing. The pool heater was broken according to the person who came to clean the pool on Friday, unannounced as we were eating breakfast. The host made no mention of the pool cleaning in any communication. I found this unsettling as a female to see someone in the back of the house. The property advertised a hot tub, but there is not one. There were no cleaning products except for dish detergent, which is , I understand, not required of the host. However, to maintain cleanliness during the stay, I recommend some basics that should be available in the home: garbage bags, multi purpose spray, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. As a renter, buying cleaning products for a week is wasteful. "

"This home is tucked in a quiet lake neighborhood near plenty of restaurants and stores. It was very clean and the king bed is comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. We loved walking to The Cup Diner for breakfast. The historic downtown area is quiet and has many shops and restaurants with cobblestone streets. We stayed here to visit my in-laws in Merritt Island and to explore the area to possibly move to Saint Cloud. The Coffee Hour is also a great place to grab a coffee and sit and talk. They have food & a wonderful atmosphere. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. "
