« Checkin a bit confusing only because the front desk had a new inexperienced clerk, but was quickly rectified. A stunning view! Room clean and well stocked. Plenty of closet space, bed was dreamy, and bathroom perfect. Appreciate the ice in the small freezer. Used valet service everyday and enjoyed talking with Caesar who took extra care of my pricey car. Enjoyed the quiet pool on 5th floor. I felt safe as a result of card entry at doors and elevators. A great stay, we will be back. »

« They let us check in early, which we appreciated. The receptionist was cordial. The cafe lady was great. The room was very basic but very clean. No shower gel, just a little shampoo, conditioner and body lotion! The beach was amazing and the pool was great. It has valet parking. EVERYTHING was tip, tip , tip. When you get loungers for the beach don’t be surprised when 18% tip is added to your bill without even being asked!!! »

« I greatly enjoyed staying at the W Residences. The 11th floor unit was a great location for a week vacation in Fort Lauderdale. The balconies provide a view of both the ocean and the inter coastal. The pool and fitness center was easily accessible on the 5th floor. The beach was a few minutes down the block. Easy walk and beach chairs and towels were provided by the hotel. Pat was a great host and communicator. »

« The condo was mostly as expected, and the check-in process was relatively seamless.The Valet out front told me that valet was by the hour only and we had to park at a parking garage down the street if we wanted daily/overnight…when we were planning to valet and park and the building. Minor inconvenience. Once inside, we were disappointed by the building's ongoing facade work. While the listing mentioned weekday pool closures when we booked, it did not mention that all windows would be completely...

« The location is incredible! Beautiful beach view. The accommodations need some updates to be done to the facility and the condominium. The check-in with the condo despite me sending the information was not updated. The elevators were not working so being on the 18th floor sometimes I had to take stairs and/or wait 15 minutes for the elevator. The overall stay was much needed and the location is perfect to everything. You can uber to South Beach. I truly enjoyed the stay. »
