Large (\~1,240 sq. ft) renovated 2 bedrooms unit includes a large master bedroom with a King size bed and a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with two (2) Queen size beds, a full bathroom, a powder room (toilet), large living room with view on the ocean, dinning room and lunch counter. Fulled equipped kitchen, ceramic floors, 50-inch TV in the living room with DVD player, Appel TV and cable (no French channel), TV in the master bedroom, free hight speed WIFI access inside the unit. Complex Tides facilities include two heated outdoor pools surrounded by beautiful gardens, two fitness rooms, a home theater room, a game room with pool table, elevators, two rooms with unlimited internet access, washer-dryer on each floor ($), indoor and outdoor parking ($), a place to store bicycles, a convenience store with a lunch counter inside the building at 3801, an ATM machine in each building, a security service 24 hours-7 days, valet parking service ($). The place was stocked, spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication was very quick and easy, and everything was exactly as was communicated. The balcony view is exceptional and we were thrilled to find all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys we would need! The parking and check in process for key fobs was a big headache and I’m not sure what we would have done if we’d arrived outside of the office hours. The building also could use a fresh coat of paint and cleaning everywhere, it seemed a little dated. Host has very detailed instructions that made it easier but you can't just walk in and check in. Didn't have a Hot Tub but was listed as having one. Pool is only open from Sunrise to Sunset so an evening swim is out. Location is perfect. Just a few steps to the beach. Perfect for 3 friends to get together for a quick relaxing beach getaway. The pool was great and the condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t like was the check-in process…was tedious and there were extra charges for key fobs, parking, and the parking pass ($20 refundable cash only fee. Had to go back to registration office to turn in pass and get cash back on day of check out.). Walmart is conveniently close by for groceries and there’s a great pizza joint across the street. The queen beds were either memory foam or latex and were very comfy. The pool was clean and there were always lounge chairs available. The cafe offered many conveniences including alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, breakfast food, pizzas, salads and more. There were a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed to make this a five-star review. I reported them to the owners on the first night hoping they’d realize we didn\*t cause the issues. The owner responded immediately and asked if his handyman could visit if we were not there, but his handyman did not come during our five-day stay. Plain an simple they need a new couch and love seat. Curtains were faded shower stall was a little dirty and bedding should be updated. When we stay for vacation we look for homes at least equal to or better than ares the pictures to the actual condo wasn’t that. The condo has great potential beautiful view nice beaches. Due to the time of year “ spring break” that we were there be prepared for wait times on elevators- also the service elevator was down. Beautiful view of the water. Parking- again due to the time of year -park in the parking garage in between the two buildings. Valet employees could not always give clear instructions for parking and incorrectly filled out forms for the stay, which cause delay in checkout. Not a big deal , just watch what dates they put in your paper that says with the car. Plenty of parking in the garage. Overall the condos itself was lovely and convenient. ##### Tammy W. Mar 26, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great spot on the beach The condo was pretty much exactly as advertised, and great for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the little balcony is amazing! I agree with some previous reviews that the check-in process is a bit crazy because they don't have any staffing to handle it outside of 9-5 hours. The people working there were great, it was just a process to get a key fob and parking tag, and it just seemed like a lot of steps for something that could be much simpler. I did find there was a bit less within walking distance than I had hoped, so for meals etc. we generally did use a car to get a bit further up the beach (only a few miles, and parking costs weren't outrageous, but given all the high rise buildings around it would've been nice to have a little more within walking distance). All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Emily S.
