"Warm welcome from reception and we were given all the necessary information clearly and concisely. A courtesy call when we had settled in to check if everything was ok was a lovely touch. Use of the leisure facilities was included in our room rate which was excellent and we made full use of. Easy to get to the metro for transport into Manchester. "We were a group of 4 and booked a room with 2 double beds which we very comfy. The size of the room was much larger than the average 2 bed room so there was ample space for all of us to move around. The food in the restaurant was above average for what I consider a transient hotel as I’m sure rooms are booked for an overnight stay due to the proximity of the airport, which was our reason for staying there. "

"We loved our stay. The breakfast and the staff were phenomenal. The hotel lacks an elevator and our room was quite a distance to get to in the very back of the hotel, but these are the only negatives, otherwise the place is very nice. "
