The Pendry was an incredible place to stay in New York City! From the moment my Uber pulled up to the front of the hotel to drop me off to the moment I was picked up to head to the airport, the service was impeccable. When I first arrived, a gentleman rushed out to meet me outside and help me with my suitcase, then lead me into line to get checked in and brought water and a drink, and then guided me to the elevators afterwards. Coming back to my room every evening, the lights were beautifully...

This is a very cool location. Staff are all so attentive and the rooms are super clean and cozy with nicely sized bathrooms. Stayed in a room with two double beds for me and my teenage daughter and it was perfect. Close to Soho and Chelsea for shopping and subway stops all around for everything else. Can't go wrong with Broadway Plaza Hotel

The 5-star treatment begins as soon as your booking is confirmed! The experience from beginning to end felt luxurious, and I can't wait to return! The cocktail bar and restaurant on site are exquisite and I'd recommend checking them out during a stay. Something I wish I had figured out (or even just asked about) sooner was using the Butler service line. The number I was provided seemed to be text-only, which is great for anyone who struggles with talking on the phone.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was great and the room was clean. The location is the big seller though! Easy to get any where in Manhattan.

Great hotel. Would stay again! Really close to everything you need! About 10-15 min walk to Times Square and a subway stop is a two minute walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around. Used parking garage across the street which was convenient. Didn’t realize prior but the parking garage staff will park the car for you so just be prepared when you get there. But they let us access the car to get luggage because check in was later than we arrived. Staff at the hotel were kind. Hotel was very...

We really enjoyed staying at Made Top positives: 1. Room was comfortable and felt fun and simple, yet luxurious 2. Delicious coffee downstairs (I’d take good coffee downstairs over bad coffee in my room amy day) 3. The room was great for sleeping, the blackout curtains actually worked and it was dark and quiet* 4. The rain shower was wonderful and had great pressure. We loved the wand for washing our feet at the end of the day Things that could have been a little better: 1. *Our room had a...

This was my first time staying at the Roxy and I was very pleased. It is located in a great area near the West Village, the rooms are a little dated (but honestly most NYC hotels are) but functional and well appointed. The main lobby is gorgeous and the bar is a high end cocktail bar. Django, the world-class jazz/blues club in the basement is the icing on the cake...don't miss the opportunity to check it out.

Very comfortable with excellent service from all hotel staff. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was perfectly located for the activities we planned, broadway show and bball game at Madison Square Gardens. Also close to 34th street shopping. Would stay here again.

Walked to Times Square. Rode the ACE line downtown to see comedy at the cellar. Also to Chelsea Market and Highline. Went uptown to Hayden Planetarium and spent an afternoon walking central park. Dinner at Norma's and Sunset Blvd on Broadway. Concert at pier 17 rooftop. Breakfast at Gemini diner on 2nd. Nice walk. Blueberry pancakes.

Awesome
