This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options

Great location, amazing breakfast, extremely kind and attentive staff. Room felt luxurious and comfortable. A little tough to get to on weekends since the roads around Hoan Kiem lake are closed.

I would not recommend this hotel, it’s pretty average. The only positive is the location - apart from that below average. Dirty, bugs, noisy, no breakfast included. You can find better hotel in Hanoi for that price range

"The fact that they let people throw trash on property and cook fish food in the villas that smell so bad the guest in the villas have to also open the doors in the room to air out the smell is the beginning. Theres no enforcements on certain foods to eat or cook on premises. No enforcements on trash ..."
