We had a fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a lovely, modern vibe throughout the property. Our room was immaculate—spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. You can really tell the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, as everything was fresh and meticulously prepared.
Everything about our experience was smooth and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location. I love that this is located right in Gion. My only issue with the room we stayed in is that it's so dark. There are barely any lights. It's hard to see in the room. It's very spacious room, and the bathroom has a spa wooden tub with natural spring water. Every day they give you free 2 bottles of soda and cold tea.

"Would not do again. Dirty, vermin, the smell of smoke was overwhelming, breakfast was underwhelming. I sleep on floor futon so I can handle hard surfaces, but the beds were lumpy and cheap. Would do capsule instead. Not as close as you think to the station. Onsen was dirty."
