So no need to bring beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, kid carrier, pool/beach toys, board games, puzzles, crib/high chair, gas grill and a kitchen fully equipped to fix a huge meal for family/friends! Grand enough for entertainment, serene enough for total relaxation, and it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. This fantastic nonsmoking, pet free, Hilton Head home offers wonderful water views that extend from the back yard and wrap around the left side of the house. Beautifully and professionally decorated with spacious rooms, high ceilings, paddle fans and wood flooring throughout. The first floor offers a beautiful formal dining room with a long wood table that seats ten. The dining room opens up to the spacious living room with a fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling 20 foot windows, as well as three glass-pained doors that lead out to the screened in porch. The living room is furnished with two couches, a chair with an ottoman, 47 inch HD TV w streaming For those rainy days we have equipped the house with 7 HD flat screens and streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops, five burner bosch cook top on the island with four bar stools, and dinning table that seats eight with lagoon view and entrance to the back yard and gas grill. There is a half bath on the first floor. The lower level pool room offers a great get away for kids and adults. The screened out door living space provides soft seating with 47 inch HD flat screen (w streaming app) soft seating, granite counter top bar area with 6 stools, second frig with ice maker (which every house needs) and the pool table. The room opens to the pool deck and offers lagoon views. There is a first floor King Master Bedroom with exceptional large bathroom with double vanity, walk in closet, jetted tub, stand up shower. The toilet and the bidet are located in master bathroom with door for privacy from the rest of the bathroom. This master bedroom over looks the water with incredible views. The second floor master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with TV (streaming apps) and DVD and lagoon views. There is a private bathroom which features marble vanity tops, porcelain tub, and a separate walk in shower with glass door. The Third bedroom with a lagoon view has a queen bed, TV (streaming apps) and shares a bath with the Forth bedroom which has two full beds and TV w streaming apps, 2 twins stored under full beds for additional beds for kids). The Fifth bedroom has trundle beds (can be combined into a king) and a large TV w streaming apps. There is another full bath in the hall. The house has 1 porta crib and a high chair in the walk in closet. The second floor features a landing with a leather sofa which overlooks the living room. The screened porch with paddle fans and wonderful lagoon views can be accessed from the first floor master bedroom or one of the three double patio doors off the living room. The porch is spacious with a large dinning table with seating for 6, rocking chairs and soft seating for relaxation. Steps take you down to the sundeck, which features lounge chairs. Another set of steps lead you down to the pool (heating optional) gorgeous lagoon views, lounge chairs, and patio table and chairs adorn pool deck and yard. You can relax on our private dock admiring the beautiful water views. For more fun and adventure enjoy the Palmetto Dunes premier tennis/pickle ball courts, (additional fee), 3 kayaks (one double) with life jackets, 6-10 adult bikes, double wagon, large cooler, foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. This is an unbelievable house. Not only is the interior spectacular but the outside backyard is incredible, with unmatchable privacy and views. We have a private dock for easy launching of the 3 kayaks. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach, over the lagoon and through the Omni Hotel. The Omni caters to the beach lovers with island music and island café open to the public. Guests can also drive (or use the free Dune Buggy shuttle) around the corner to the Disney beach access which has outside snack bar, showers and restrooms, and chair and umbrella rentals. Big, lots of room, game room, big kitchen, large living room and bedrooms. Screened in porch. Everything you would need for a vacation was supplied by owner. Bikes, beach equipment, kayaks, outdoor bbq and of course swimming pool. Location was right on the canal. Golf courses were 5 minutes away. Family had a great time. ##### George G. The house was extremely well-stocked and included so many thoughtful extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. We biked every day on the bikes the owner provided.... there were so many! We also took advantage of the many kayaks that were provided for us to use. One of the highlights was the free shuttle transportation within the Palmetto Dunes grounds—we took advantage of it every day, including to and from the beach, and it made getting around so easy and stress-free. Peggy was incredibly easy to work with, checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed, and truly cared about our comfort. We felt right at home and appreciated all the attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Hilton Head. ##### Jodi S. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom, the screened in porch was a gathering place, we played games in the evening around the large wooden coffee table in the living area and the pool and hot tub were very refreshing for all. What a peaceful view of the lagoons and local wildlife. The kayaks were enjoyable and we caught fish from the dock. The pool table and bicycles were very popular, also. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen by dining in every night. It was a wonderful week - we made memories to last a lifetime. ##### Barbara D. The listing accurately showcases all that the home has to offer. Amazing location, incredible water views and no complaints what so ever. Such a relaxing and quiet area, yet a quick 5-10 min bike ride or walk to the beach. Peggy has thought of everything to make your stay complete in the home. We lacked for nothing and her hospitality was nothing short of incredible. Communication was so easy and returned within minutes. Highly recommend this property. We found the house to have everything we truly needed to have a great and enjoyable week for our whole family. The double masters were great for our older parents. The games, activities, bikes, pool, kayaks, were amazing for the kiddos. We loved the location and the property. The corner lot on the lagoon was beautiful and fun to fish and watch wildlife. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay. I believe the 11-12 people would have a little bit more comfortable accommodations. The house itself is spacious and beautiful, but it's the setting that makes it so special. It's bounded by the lagoon on two sides in the back, so the view from the pool/backyard and the screened porch is incredible. The pool is not large but very pretty, and has steps into the shallow end, helpful for my granddaughters. There are mature trees that provide shade at different times of the day, so we could enjoy being at the pool without baking in the sun. And the screened porch looks out over the pool area and provides another spot to enjoy the beautiful view. We were a group of 2 grandparents, 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren 8, 6 and 3\. There was plenty of seating and room for everyone to spread out. I appreciated how well stocked the house was with all the essentials. I brought stuff (paper towels, tp, garbage bags, etc.)but it wasn't needed. And the best part was all the extras provided... Bikes, beach gear, beach towels, wagon, etc , which meant we didn't have to bring or rent all those things. We had excellent communication with Peggy during our stay, with prompt answers to our questions. We had great weather and were outside most of the time, so didn't take advantage of the pool table, pingpong, shuffle board, but how great to have those available! I was actually skeptical regarding all the 5\* reviews but this is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in (20+ years regularly renting). The contact with the owner was outstanding; it was clean, big enough to fit everyone; plenty of space (extra refrigerator was handy). And SO much to do. We LOVED being on the waterway – it looked beautiful, it was peaceful & all of our group enjoyed the kayaks, pool, bikes, and hot tub. We brought some wagons and used the ones in the house to walk to the beach every day – the weather was perfect! We'd love to stay here again and highly recommend this rental. Thank you for letting us spend some really quality time with extended family. (before shopping...check out the house...there are LOTS of extras the host has provided!) ##### Judy C. The home is located in a perfect location on the island-mid point. Plenty of restaurants, mini golf, shopping, beach within a walk, bike ride or short drive. The Palmetto Dunes property alone has a General store, a restaurant, tennis, pickle ball, golf and loads of bike trails. The home is stunning and is fully stocked! Situated on the water, Peggy graciously supplies bikes, beach towels, chairs, bedding, towels, full kitchen supplies, toilet paper and my personal favorite touch-Q tips! The property is laid out nicely with screened porch, wonderful deck in front, pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, couches, refrigerator, TV, outdoor grill and platform by the water. During our stay we were visited by alligators, blue herons, osprey, egrets, an owl, ton of jumping fish. We will definitely be back!! ##### Steve S. We had 5 kids ranging from 9-13 and they had a blast! So many options of things to do! The house was perfect, with spaces large enough for everyone to gather, but enough space that you didn’t feel you were on top of each other!
