"Overall, it was an excellent stay. There were a couple areas that could use a deep clean but it was still acceptable. The view and proximity to the ocean was tremendous. I could have stayed forever! We hope to come again!"

"The beach house was incredible and the beach front location is everything we could ask for. The house was clean. The communication with the hosts was spot on. It was as we hoped it would be. Being there was a beautiful thing.. the beach was amazing with how clean it was and seashells lining the shoreline. It doesn’t get any better than this! We hope to be at this place next year"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 'A Cool Change'; the condition of the house, the comfort of the beds, the working order of the appliances, the open view to the Ocean.... the hwy noise was a minor issue when seated on the deck; and the TV cable navigation was a little difficult."

"The beach view and pool were amazing! We had 8 people stay and we all fit well. The house was clean and ready for us by check in time at 4. There was some maintenance things that needed attention. Some light bulbs were out In the bedrooms and bathrooms to where you couldn’t see at night. The dishwasher had standing water at the bottom of it so we didn’t use that for your 7 days there. The downstairs door didn’t lock with the keypad. Hopefully those get addressed. They weren’t fixed during our stay. We still had a great time and loved the place. We came for the pool and ocean and both were amazing."

"My husband and I had the best time! The house was so clean and just like the pictures. We cooked almost every meal there, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It was nice to sit on the breezy porch, screened in porch and fish from the dock. We enjoyed our stay and plan on reserving again next year!"

"It’s our second time staying here .. This house is worth the stay because of the beautiful views from the deck .. Access to the beach and yes such a beautiful house the pictures is just as it’s describes.. Zane is a wonderful host .. I would recommend to everyone to stay here .. my grandkids had so much fun and they love the house they want to come back again soon .. I would love to stay here again if Zane would have us .."

"Wife and I had a peaceful 3 night stay. Very relaxing to sit near the canal behind the RV and watch the sunsets. Ms. Michelle is a excellent host and stayed in constant contact to address any needs we had. Description doesn't really mention it, but to rear of the property has space to dock a small to midsize boat. Beach access is directly across from the properties street, but is a ways down the road, so golf cart or bikes would be helpful to bring along. Would recommend it for couples looking for a restful get away."
