We could feel our blood pressure ho fown as we stepped onto the deck - the view of the mountains and lake is beautiful! The container has everything you need for a short stay - comfy bed, spa bathroom and kitchenette area. The deck doubles as the living room and this is wherr we soent most of our time. The space is small (it is a container) but the space is well used and the finishes are very nice. We watched a storm blow in across the mountains, and once it passed we enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to stay again -I bet the view is gorgeous in the fall!!
This a beautiful place. The view is stunning…even prettier at night. We were there for the 4th of July and the fireworks all over the lake were gorgeous. There was a water main break down on the main road and our host kept us informed of any updates. There were plenty of stores to get bottled water and alll the locals were really friendly and accommodating. Went horseback riding at Brasstown Resort and kayaking on Lake Chatuge. Our only *oof* was the condition of the driveway after what I imagine was record rainfall. It was quite the off-road adventure for our boring Honda SUV. Our neighbors had a truck that was pulling a pontoon boat up and down with zero problems. The fireplace and string lights?! Doesn’t get more romantic!
