« The location was perfect. The waterfall outside was amazing! The host was very friendly and welcoming! The bed was probably one of the best we've had compared to other stays elsewhere. We had everything we needed. We visited Helen, Bell Mountain, Brasstown Bald, and went up into NC driving around some. »

« We had a short stay in order to pick up a new puppy from a friend. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and LOVED the kitchen and bath. The one question/concern we had is that was no stated check out instructions other than time and the key. No info about trash, linens, dishes or thermostats. Thank you all so much! »

« Everything was absolutely FABULOUS!!! My son and I stayed in the green cabin (#4), and it was so peaceful...incredibly beautiful accommodations, just as pictured. From the covered back porch overlooking the lake, to the comfy bed and wood-burning fireplace, Tranquille Resort is truly a special place and was everything I hoped it would be! "Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. "
