It was a beautiful room on the first floor. I was so impressed how beautiful and clean it was. And I loved the heated floor in the bathroom!

Beautiful Rooms, no issues with Room at all. The room is Large, very large. Breakfast was amazing, you dont order, so you get what they are having in the main Dining room. We had French Toast, sausage and fruit. It was a lot to eat. I am not a huge fan of French Toast, but I was that day, it was excellent. The berries and fruits were plentiful on plate and fresh, and the link sausage was perfect. Overall an excellent experience. Would do again.

I enjoyed the breakfast. A variety of items to chose from. The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again.

We booked this place for college graduation weekend at nearby Potsdam. Everything closer to Potsdam was already booked and priced astronomically. We booked in December for May, so well in advance. Exactly 1 week before check-in day I received a phone call from the hotel letting me know that the kitchen was undergoing a renovation and only continental breakfast was served. Bummer, because we were counting on included hot breakfast. No discount was offered, I was actually told that I could cancel my booking. 1 week before graduation weekend, sure! We checked in around 8pm. Room was warm, AC was off. AC units are severely outdated - 20 years old plus. Room was clean and OK otherwise. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Overall this hotel is ok to crash for 1 night, but overpriced for what it is. $211 total per night with no breakfast - should be $150 max.

AC unit didn’t cool the room. The filter was very dirty. Otherwise everything was fine.
