"I am staying at this hotel with my child, and we were assigned a room at the very end of the hallway. The window faces the parking lot, and the door is right next to the main entrance/exit of the lot. You can imagine how incredibly noisy it is. This room shouldn't be given to anyone to stay in. The hotel management is completely chaotic; a well-trained employee should know exactly what giving a room like this means for guests with children. This is absolutely terrible, and you really need to retrain your staff!"
