"Very clean hotel. The breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful. You could buy drinks, snacks, even microwavable meals in the lobby 24 hours a day. We enjoyed our stay. We had a great view of the Bay Bridge. Were hoping to see Golden Gate, too, but it was hidden behind the Hilton Garden Inn. Hyatt Place, 2 blocks south has view of both bridges, but the hotel is not as nice and it was more expensive."

"Very cute property with lots of character. It's in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people We only stayed for a night, but enjoyed ourselves. We had everything we needed. I did not get the message that this location was in the back of a primary residence, but once we figured it out and navigated a VERY narrow drive way, everything was good."

"Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week."

"Robert was very helpful and his communication with us was prompt. There were a couple of issues when we arrived (flashing lightbulb in refrigerator, spot on one of the area rugs) so we sent him a note. Someone was there quickly to resolve them and he followed up to make sure everything else was good. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there."
