« I've had my share of excellent VRBO and other hosts, but if I could rate Jodi as a VRBO super host, hands down, I would! Jodi had thought of plenty to make her renters comfortable ( including a TV soundbar) at her well appointed condo. Her timeliness, clarity and organization made for our effortless enjoyment of everything at Babcock Ranch, especially golf. Within 5 minutes walk of the pool, fitness, golf bag drop, and the pickle and tennis courts, the condo's location also offered lakeside...

« Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was exceptional—clear, prompt, and friendly. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been better, with the tiki bar and pool just a short, easy walk away. The outdoor charcoal BBQ was conveniently located almost right outside our door in the common park area, making it perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. We would wholeheartedly recommend...

« There were issues; TV cable box needed replacing, two toilets needed to be fixed and water would constantly turn off. The owner delt with these relatively quickly. Dishwasher wouldn't work and he told me things to try and didn't replace for a month.He has interesting things but everything is very dated. Livingroom furniture should be replaced.The building is lovely and the people we met were great. The building did lots of fun get togethers. Location easy to get anywhere. We had a good time but...

« The condo was nice. The only thing I would say there is to many area rug's. A king bed would be nice also. We really enjoyed our stay. Played a lot of golf and ate at club house. We hope to come back again soon. »
