"Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing.
