It was clean and cozy. It was only my husband, myself and our pups, however there is plenty of room for families. The weather was a bit rainy so the board games, record player and TVs definitely came in handy. The development is quiet with beautiful scenery, especially with the fall foliage. It looks like it would be a blast their during the summer as well. The property owner was responsive and very accommodating. Overall everything was great - communication with the owner was amazing, making for a seamless arrival/departure process. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and their openness to dogs made it a perfect fit for us and our 6-month old puppy. House was clean and the open floor plan made it roomy enough for all 7 of us. Beautiful view from the porch and great swimming pool right up the street. While the rental was smaller than our last, we enjoyed the cozy feel and loved being closer to the pool—it made for such a relaxing and convenient week.We’re incredibly grateful that the owners allowed us to bring our three dogs, which made the trip even more special. The kitchen was another highlight—high-end appliances and quality cookware made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home.One difference from our previous rental was needing to bring our own condiments, spices, and oils. It added a bit more prep on the front end, but in the end, we enjoyed having our own things with us.Most of all, we want to thank thenowners for being so kind, helpful, and accommodating—especially given some personal circumstances leading up to our trip. The cabin is beautiful, just as the pictures, and location is perfect. Beach is walk distance. Communication with owner, checking in and checking out was smoothly. I would definitely stay again. Things to improve on: the backyard needs maintenance we couldn’t use the canoe because the way to go into the water was obstructed; there should be extra garbage bags, I understand that renters take advantage but at minimum an extra 3-5 bags would do the job. ##### Karina O.
