« What an amazing vacation! We absolutely loved Turtle Bay and the surrounding area. The view was stunning from our balcony. Our villa was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only negative was a small deep freezer was in the kitchen. That made it a bit crowded and was an eyesore. I am guessing the side by side freezer stopped working, so accommodations were made on the short term. (We were grateful for that!) Instructions and procedures were...

« We had a wonderful stay at this Turtle Bay condominium, and the location truly can’t be beat. Nous avons attendu 2 heures dans le lobby avant d'avoir les clefs de la chambre. 2 heures! À ce qu'il semble, il y a eu un grand groupe de personnes n'ayant pas réservé qui est arrivé juste avant nous et chaque personne prenait environ 20 minutes aux (3, très peu nombreux) réceptionnistes. Il y aurait du y avoir un file pour les personnes qui avaient réservé en ligne et qui n'avaient besoin que de 5 minutes max à la réception. Très mal organisé."
