Our Villa #313 is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)

This penthouse villa is just steps from the sandy beach with beautiful ocean and pool views from the lanai, living room and master bedroom by elevator or staircase. It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night! There are just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, and the pool and BBQs are just down the stairs about 10 yards from the villa!
