Jan 12, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy It is a lovely unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach with turtles - beautiful. We did not hear construction since we were there on the weekend. This Monday morning-bright and early it started. So loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation in the unit without shouting. It would have been really hard to stay, especially today with rain. Couldn’t relax in your unit or on the lanai because of the noise and yelling. Yikes.The bedroom widow is directly facing the hallway and the blaring light shines in making it impossible to sleep. We hung two blankets to block it out as best we could. Needs a blackout panel.The last night our daughter had trouble with little bugs in her bunk, a few bites on her elbow. Looked for spray but couldn’t find anything. Not sure if the bugs arrived when the rain did. The sink needs a stopper.Foodland and Longs Drugs for beer/wine are up the road so convenient.
