LOCATION:
The condo is located on the Northshore, in Pa'ia/ Kuau. A rental car is highly recommended for your Maui vacation. The condo is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Kahului airport and about a 30-minute drive to the South Shores of Kihei and Wailea.
The unit is only a 2-minute drive to Paia Town.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOUSE RULES:
Please also be aware that there are resort-wide quiet hours, indoors and out, between 10 PM and 8 AM., and all guests, (including young children) are expected to comply. No smoking or animals of any kind for any reason are permitted in our condo or on its lanai. Condo furniture and other items must not be repositioned, and no condo items other than those for beach use may be taken outside the condo. Large sports equipment (kiteboards, surfboards, bicycles, etc.), must be stored outside, not in our condo or on the lanai.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

Please note that we do not provide beach umbrellas or toys, coffee, condiments, seasonings, or zip-lock bags.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Hidden Gem
This property is a hidden gem, I would recommend this place to anyone! Don’t let the exterior fool you, the inside is remodeled and is an amazing location! The parking spot, proximity to hidden beach area, and not to mention mamas fish house are top notch!

Great Paia Condo
This beautiful 2 br 2 ba condo has been totally renovated from stem to stern. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with 1st class amenities. The beds and bedding are beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The living room is lovely and has a large flat screen TV and quality Wi-Fi. There is an ample balcony with great patio furniture. There is central AC. Mama’s Fishouse is a two minute walk (one of the best restaurants in Hawaii, BTW make reservations 6 months in advance). There is great dining and shopping real close in Paia. And there is a fantastic beach with surfers and a large turtle population. Rent this place, you will love it.

Loved our condo in Paia!
This was an excellent condo for our stay in Paia. The home had everything we could need, was very clean and comfortable. We love the little beach we had access to, and saw sea turtles. The property management was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We walked to the store for coffee and breakfast and other stuff, walked to town and walked to other beaches along the Hana Highway to watch surfers.

Beautiful condo and very comfortable. Great AC, very good remodeling everywhere, and comfortable beds. The back balcony is a very peaceful place to sit and the unit is quiet despite being next to a main road. A little pricey, but would stay here again.

Beautiful condo
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the welcome goodies were much appreciated! It was nice to have AC in each bedroom and the living room. The beds were very comfortable ( even the sofa bed!) and the kitchen was well stocked. The property management group was very responsive with a few questions we had. It was a short, easy walk to the baby beach nearby and we were able to walk to Mamas fish house and get a table as a standby (since we didn’t make a reservation months in advance). It was a great home base for our drive to Hana, upcountry and Haleakala summit. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this property that was wonderfully renovated, with all amenities available in the kitchen. Things for beach outings are also available, like beach chairs, cooler, etc.. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is great. The location is very good for exploring Paia and upcountry. It’s also a great start for on the road to Hana.

Great condo. Beautifully renovated. Nice to have enough supplies to get you started (coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries! Very close to Paia! You can walk through the back yard to Mamas Fish house (we had reservations 6 months in advance) and get an early start since this is right on the Road to Hana. Highly recommend this condo for a short stay in advance of the full day of the Road to Hana!

modern well appointed condo
This condo is newly renovated and has all the modern conveniences of new floors, appliances, furnishings. The building is on the main Hana Hwy but the back of the property is quiet and peaceful. you can walk to a small beach nearby. I enjoyed the laundry room as well. The bathrooms and kitchen are luxurious.
