LOCATION:   
The condo is located on the Northshore, in Pa'ia/ Kuau. A rental car is highly recommended for your Maui vacation. The condo is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Kahului airport and about a 30-minute drive to the South Shores of Kihei and Wailea.   
The unit is only a 2-minute drive to Paia Town.   
  
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:  
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM   
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM   
  
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.   
  
HOUSE RULES:  
Please also be aware that there are resort-wide quiet hours, indoors and out, between 10 PM and 8 AM, and all guests (including young children) are expected to comply. No smoking or animals of any kind for any reason are permitted in our condo or on its lanai. Condo furniture and other items must not be repositioned, and no condo items other than those for beach use may be taken outside the condo. Large sports equipment (kiteboards, surfboards, bicycles, etc.) must be stored outside, not in our condo or on the lanai.  
  
STARTER SUPPLIES:  
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.  
  
HOUSEKEEPING:  
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180°F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.  
  
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.   
  
LINENS & TOWELS:  
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.  
  
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:  
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY:  
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.  
  
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Great place to stay as a jumping off point for the Road to Hana. Place was comfy in every way for our family of 4\. And the convenient laundry facilities was an added bonus. Not to mention the proximity to Mama’s Fish House and several nice beaches. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and baths were great.

#### Modern, Clean, Cute, and Convenient

Loved our stay in this condo. The furniture, decor, and bathrooms were modern and nicely decorated. Toiletries were provided with ample towels. Overall a very comfortable stay and a great option if you are looking for a place to stay that doesn't require a 5 night minimum.Location is also super convenient, right behind Mama's fish house and a very short drive to downtown Paia. We did morning runs to Baldwin beach and the little store that is walkable distance nearby (Kuau Store) was great for coffee and some small eats. We will definitely book here again. Paia is one of my fave little towns in Maui!

It was crystal clean inside the property.Location was closer to the turtle beach. Quiet neighborhood. Though this is an older property, it was renovated to the best. All upgraded appliances worked as expected and TVs in bedrooms too. An elevator would be a nice addition, we had to carry all our big luggages to the 2nd floor through stairs.The HOA could put some effort to keep the outside of the property painted and maintain clean walls.

#### Wonderful Paia Area Rental

This unit has been completely renovated on the inside with beautiful, modern design. Two large main suites, each with an attached elegant bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout. It was very clean and we were able to relax in comfort, would stay there again!. A one block walk to Mama's Fish House, 5-10 min drive to go into beaches and shopping in Paia. Love this side of the island.

#### Fantastic place to stay

I loved everything about this place. Great location, free parking, unit was sooooo nice and VERY clean. AC in the bedrooms which made sleeping great. They have a cool panel in the unit with information on it plus a little welcome water and snack. Laundry room is also clean and not far. Costs $1.50 for wash and $1 to dry and can be paid through an app. Very convenient. Had beach chairs and backpack cooler to use. Laundry baskets to use and full kitchen. Cute balcony to just chill on and watch the sun go down. Short little cut through to the beach and mamas fish house. There is also a little store/deli just down the road that you can walk to. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paia!

This place was a great location, right next to Mama’s Fish House, a small beach steps away, and just a short drive to Paia! Turtles, turtles, turtles at Hookipia Beach (less than a mile away)

This property is a hidden gem, I would recommend this place to anyone! Don’t let the exterior fool you, the inside is remodeled and is an amazing location! The parking spot, proximity to hidden beach area, and not to mention mamas fish house are top notch!

#### Great Paia Condo

This beautiful 2 br 2 ba condo has been totally renovated from stem to stern. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with 1st class amenities. The beds and bedding are beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The living room is lovely and has a large flat screen TV and quality Wi-Fi. There is an ample balcony with great patio furniture. There is central AC. Mama’s Fishouse is a two minute walk (one of the best restaurants in Hawaii, BTW make reservations 6 months in advance). There is great dining and shopping real close in Paia. And there is a fantastic beach with surfers and a large turtle population. Rent this place, you will love it.

#### Loved our condo in Paia!

This was an excellent condo for our stay in Paia. The home had everything we could need, was very clean and comfortable. We love the little beach we had access to, and saw sea turtles. The property management was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We walked to the store for coffee and breakfast and other stuff, walked to town and walked to other beaches along the Hana Highway to watch surfers.

Beautiful condo and very comfortable. Great AC, very good remodeling everywhere, and comfortable beds. The back balcony is a very peaceful place to sit and the unit is quiet despite being next to a main road. A little pricey, but would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the welcome goodies were much appreciated! It was nice to have AC in each bedroom and the living room. The beds were very comfortable ( even the sofa bed!) and the kitchen was well stocked. The property management group was very responsive with a few questions we had. It was a short, easy walk to the baby beach nearby and we were able to walk to Mamas fish house and get a table as a standby (since we didn’t make a reservation months in advance). It was a great home base for our drive to Hana, upcountry and Haleakala summit. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this property that was wonderfully renovated, with all amenities available in the kitchen. Things for beach outings are also available, like beach chairs, cooler, etc.. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is great. The location is very good for exploring Paia and upcountry. It’s also a great start for on the road to Hana.

Great condo. Beautifully renovated. Nice to have enough supplies to get you started (coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries! Very close to Paia! You can walk through the back yard to Mamas Fish house (we had reservations 6 months in advance) and get an early start since this is right on the Road to Hana. Highly recommend this condo for a short stay in advance of the full day of the Road to Hana!

This condo is newly renovated and has all the modern conveniences of new floors, appliances, furnishings. The building is on the main Hana Hwy but the back of the property is quiet and peaceful. you can walk to a small beach nearby. I enjoyed the laundry room as well. The bathrooms and kitchen are luxurious.

#### perfect location and beautiful unit

We stayed in Paia Friday to a Monday morning and it was the perfect location after a long flight from Texas. Short 15-20 minute drive from the airport, short 3 minute walk to Mama Fish house and to the beach cove. wonderful sunset and saw some turtles the first night and then a beautiful sunrise there the next morning. Checked out all the beaches in this area and there were many and only a short drive to all of them. Perfect location to head out for Sunrise at Haleakala and Hana road. the condo was clean and they were attentive to a text about linen missing for the couch pull out and the ice maker not working. they fixed the icemaker no problem and brought the linen. condo had ac and each bedroom had their own unit as well. the doors to the bathrooms and the bedrooms were sliding barn doors. no elevator at the complex. this unit is on the second floor. washing machine is coin operated in a separate common area. there is a balcony. Would totally stay here again!

#### First time in Maui

This had not been our first choice in a place stay for our first trip to Maui, but we had booked late and not much was available to suit our needs. However, despite the cost (it was over what we had budgeted), we were very pleased with both the accommodations (definitely roomy and super clean) and the location. I know that most people like to stay on the east or south side, but Paia is a great location for driving the road to Hana and for trips to Haleakala (we made two...one for sunset and one for hiking the Sliding Sands trail). We also loved being somewhat close to the airport, Costco, Safeway, and Wailuku (where we visited friends AND did the amazing Flyin' Hawaiian Zipline!), Ho'okipa Beach (the turtles!), and Mama's Fish House (where we discovered you don't need to make online reservations if you're fine with sitting in the lounge area for your meal) and Mama's Fish House Beach (amazing tide pools and the occasional turtle). We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the nicer VRBOs we've stayed in. The place was clean, check-in a breeze, fully stocked, and recently renovated. The location is great if you're planning to do the road to Hana and it's close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

The rooms were a great size as well as the bathrooms. I loved the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the island and doing the road to Hana.
