"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the Upper West Side! The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from Central Park and Columbus Circle, and an easy, pleasant walk to Times Square. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city while still enjoying a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a full day in the city. Overall, an excellent experience in a fantastic location — I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Restroom shower door did not hold water inside "

"Waiting for an elevator is a nightmare. Lobby is like a train station, cold and uninviting with a few places to sit in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is nice. Close to a lot of things. "

"The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had no hot water. There was no coffeemaker in room, had to pay for coffee in lobby. Carpet was old and gross."

"Staff and location were great however there is no air conditioning- I looked at so many hotels before booking I could have missed that but I thought it said they did have it. The barn door style bathroom door did not close, and the cold knob on the faucet was stripped. I would consider the air conditioning to have only been a minor convenience. Since it was February and not actively snowing or raining, we just left the windows open. I’m sure we would have slept better and more quietly though if we could have closed the windows. I would also not want to stay in July without AC! "
