"Great house in a great neighborhood. We planned to bring our dog but did not in the end. That said, being a dog friendly property you may be interested to know the backyard is fenced however it does not have grass in the backyard (concrete patio). That wouldn’t bother me but just in case. Everything in the home is excellent and super clean, spacious and updated with brand new bathrooms/showers. If you are being picky, the carpet while very clean is older and worn. Again this did not bother us but just noting. We will gladly stay here again."

"This is a super cute house in downtown Gunnison. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. Wish there was off-street parking at the house. The parking spot is on a busy road. Overall we would recommend this property!"
