"The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the house is pretty run-down. The hot tub was not working, and the HVAC fan did not turn off. Doors wouldn't close without force—front door keybad as old and damaged. The host seemed to know the hot tub was an issue, and with it being super cold, we were pretty disappointed. Been to the Smokies 5 times, and this is the worst place, unfortunately."

"No problems with the property besides the ac unit wasn’t quite cold enough but other than that the house has everything we needed for our week stay. Directly across from the pool which was nice to walk to"
