Nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, our mountain haven features a wrap-around deck with mountain scenery, relaxing hot tub, cozy fire pit, and two gas fireplaces. The home is ideally situated just minutes from Cataloochee Ski Area, Blue Ridge Parkway hiking trails, exceptional bird watching spots, whitewater rafting adventures, championship golf at Maggie Valley Club, and numerous craft breweries.  
  
The main floor showcases an open-concept design with a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring all necessary appliances, cookware, and tools for preparing delicious vacation meals. Gather in the spacious living room to watch the game beside the fireplace or step outside to the covered deck for fresh mountain air. The primary bedroom with its own 55" Smart TV and a second bedroom are also located on this level, with a full bathroom conveniently positioned between them.  
  
Downstairs, you'll discover two additional guest bedrooms - one featuring a rustic king-size bed, and another with twin beds and pull-out trundles that can sleep up to 4\. The lower level also includes a full bathroom with tub/shower combination and a dedicated mud/ski room for storing your outdoor gear.

#### Relax in the trees

The property was amazing! The home was very clean and well maintained. We were there for a Special Olympics golf tournament. There was plenty of room. The covered porch/deck was my favorite. It was so relaxing. Ryan was great at communicating and making sure all needs were met.
