"Room was clean, but air conditioning is loud. All I heard was people stomping above us every single night. The elevator is falling apart with the handle coming off and didn’t even drop us off on the floor we chose. Almost scared we were gonna get stuck on it, so we used the stairs the whole time. There was a chemical smell by the elevator near the bathroom that was just awful. Along with that, your key card won’t work if u try to enter the building through any side door. Breakfast was pretty mid, it was your basic breakfast. One good thing I’ll end with is that the room smelt clean when we entered. "

"We came in from NY and do not have this chain back home. I highly recommend this place for families with kids! The staff at the Dublin location were kind and patient. The evening kickback and breakfast alone made the stay worth it. The rooms were clean and it was evident the staff take great care in their duties. We will definitely return to this location when we travel through Ohio. :) "

"Nice hotel, clean, well kept. Pet friendly, even though we didn’t have a pet with us we saw them in the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & professional. Bed was actually comfortable & for a hotel that was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again! "
