Def out dated, rooms smell moldy and musty. No ventilation in the bathroom…The pool was ice cold so we couldn’t utilize it. Yes it’s cheap and close to everything but I would plan elsewhere next time. Oh other than that, yea the staff was great (lol minus the guy always in the office on his phone. Had to ring the bell a couple times), convenient to things. There were dirt particles on the floor and the bottom of toilet was dirty. Built up dirt and urine splatter had not been cleaned up. Tub area had hard water stains as well. When walking through the hallways you could also see dirt buildup along the edges by doors etc. I would not stay at this property again. "I have stayed at Hot Sara before and enjoyed it. This time, however, we were placed in the "annex" section. The room was terrible - we nicknamed it "the dungeon". Little tiny windows, bare bulb overhead lighting, inadequate bulb-type bedside lighting. We had a suite and it was the least luxurious thing I have ever stayed in. The shelf under the bathroom sink fell to the floor every time you tried to take a towel of the shelf! Add to that the fact that a wedding party booked the ballroom bar...

"It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

"14 kids in the hot tub with no adult supervision. Hotel was under construction, no one told us before our stay! Woman at the desk sent us to the wrong entrance when we checked in (the rest of the staff were very nice). Beach is very nice. Views are great from the patio but hard to get s seat. Patio needs to be expanded and add a 2nd firepit so more guests can enjoy the views"
