"This hotel seemed clean, amenities were nice, the outside looked great, parking felt secure and well light. My room was clean and everything looked nice. However, it smelled like cigarette smoke or rather an old ashtray. When I inquired at the desk the staff assured me it was a non smoking room. Every room placard on the second floor has a no smoking symbol next to the room number, except the room I was occupying. An additional inquiry to the staff yielded the same answer, “It’s a non smoking room.” I was told they’d do their best to see if anyone else staying in close proximity to me was smoking. Upon leaving early the following morning I noticed the blanket under the bed spread had 4 holes burned through it as if from a cigarette. Overall the place is nice and the stay was pleasant other than the smell of cigarette smoke. I would recommend staying here but I wouldn’t recommend staying in room 207. "

"This is my favorite hotel in Ft smith. Very clean and feels like home. I love the patios to sit at, play games, swim, weight area, bicycles, snacks, fridge, microwave. Good breakfast."

"Staff was friendly enough. The place just seemed a little run down. Mildew on ceiling and some areas of bathroom. Loud freeway noise! Not a bad stay overall but there's a reason it's not rated higher."

"No Breakfast here. Fine with me. Swam in the pool. Room very clean and comfortable. Parking easily accessible with security. Elevators worked great, as we were on the 6th floor. Go in the side door if you don't want to walk through the slot machines : )"

"Parking felt safe, property is convenient to I-40. Busy area, but east to get to. Staff is great and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. "

"It was a neat little spot, had a little more wear and tear than the pictures. It is pet friendly host didn’t have a problem with my service dog. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I’m from ft smith and had just came down to pick my brother up so got somewhere to stay. Found out we just needed one night so left early. The only reason not a 5 star is because the host said it smelled like smoke in the place. But we didn’t smoke inside there is a sign on the fridge that says no smoking of any kind inside. I’m ex military and am respectful to rules so made sure to smoke outside only. Sorry if it smelled like smoke inside but we didn’t smoke inside."

" Very unfriendly staff. Couldn’t get the room we reserved. Blamed us for using Expedia. No handicapped parking near the front door. Would never go back. If you’re older or handicapped stay away. "

"Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. "
