"When we first arrived, we were put into a family room, supposedly for the three of us, platonic friends. However, the dirty old sofa, the Murphy bed and the sole provided regular bed did not even fit with the Murphy bed pulled down. So we asked for another room. The second place we were given, then, was much cleaner and renovated. It wasn’t optimal for us, as two of us had to share one bed, which was not what we’d originally paid for. However, we were happy with it, though we weren’t given a reduction in room charge that we asked for. The general staff was great! Welcoming and personable, present when needed. The free breakfast buffet was so nice, and the option of eating it outside in beautiful weather, in their gorgeous gardens and gazebos, was so very appreciated. We loved our stay there and, if down in Cambria or vicinity again, will definitely stay again. The grounds"

"This home is in a beautiful location surrounded by trees at the edge of the coastal forest with a view of the ocean. House is even prettier in person and kitchen is lovely and well stocked for preparing meals which we did. Fridge is a great size and everyone slept well in the comfy beds. Deck is where we spent our mornings with coffee. This will not be our last visit."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything worked great. Easy retreval of keys, access to house, and checking back out. House had everything we needed from cooking utensils to dog bowls. Fully enclosed back yard worked great for our dog to explore. Easy access to activities in Cambria, San Luis Obispo, and Pismo Beach. Lots of deer and baby fawns in the neighborhood made it extra special."

"Beautiful home and in a nice location! They’ve upgraded it and labeled it for ease of use. The primary Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of privacy in the Backyard where the hot tub is, There is a house looking right down on it."

"The Treetop Treehouse was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The view was amazing, including seeing deer, wild turkeys, herons and blue jays from our windows and wrap-around deck. All the furniture was very comfortable, including the king size beds. There was a nice yard for our dog, and she enjoyed watching life go by from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were TVs in every room, books, games and many other things to add some fun. It was in a nice neighborhood, so we enjoyed going for walks there in addition to walks nearby at the preserve and at the coast. We'd definitely stay there again!"

I could see 180* which made for delightful views of wildlife, marine life, and birds. The decor is up to date and easy to live in - no clutter. I hope to come back and enjoy many more days next year. Cambria is a favorite for me."
