« Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. »

« The front door lock was extremely problematic to unlock and get in. Took us 20 mins one day. There were many items in the apartment broken. Not very hot water in en suite bathroom. "What is fantastic about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and so easy to get to/back from the shows (all within walking distance). However, this is a hotel in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms are run down, everything is in dear need for a refurbishment. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival. Not great client service"
