"The heating & hot water was not working when we arrived. There was no customer support from the staff. An electric radiator could have been put in the room to preheat it and courtesy tea/coffee provided as it was cold and snow forecast. We felt there should have been someone experienced managing the situation. Therefore we decided to cancel annd leave after waiting for three hours. "
