You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and into town in about 5-10 minutes. Beach access is very easy, close enough to the public access beach to be very convenient and just far enough away to not be near the road and parking lot. The kitchen had the essentials needed. There were plenty of beach towels and a SUP, beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to take them to the beach when it was more than we wanted to carry. We rented surf boards in town. The neighborhood is quiet and people all friendly. Our only issue was the AC in the upstairs bedroom. It can't keep the room cool and that room is very hot in the day and takes a long time to cool down at night. It was an annoyance and we didn't call management as we probably should have. It is two blocks from having your toes in the sand! The kitchen was fully stocked and there were chairs to take to the beach. There are a few items we wished the house came with such as: cooler for the beach, bikes, and boogie boards, but besides those the house had everything you could want. Management staff was very eager to help although we didn’t need them. This is a 2 bedroom with a loft unit. The 2 bathrooms are down stairs but the loft has the best view.
