"We always enjoy the Rosen resort. However, we noticed a slip in service levels this time. Our TV wasn’t fully operational. We reported it several times but it wasn’t repaired, but the major concern there was the lack of communication even after I brought my concerns to their attention repeatedly. Also, they comped my parking and agreed to refund my $200 deposit but I still don’t see it a week later. So, we really enjoyed the stay but encountered a few hiccups that we hadn’t experienced in the past."

"Might be the best hotel we stayed at (that is kid friendly). Clean. Very close to Universal. The kids loved the bunk beds. Maybe the only knock on it is convenience for food, but the kitchen has a full kitchen and plenty of pots, pans, and whatever you need to cook. Highly recommend."

"The first room we got had roaches so the manager was awesome and ordered us a pizza while we waited for another room the next room was clean and had no bugs the stairwells did reek of urine idk why but the pool and waterpark are very nice the staff is sweet and helpful I’d say just don’t get a bottom floor room the moisture lances it smell like mold and feels damp top floor is best"
