It is a very beautiful little apartment nicely furnished adequate little kitchen washing machine dryer all of that the only thing that was a little bit difficult for me was self-check in but that is probably because I am older also the beds are very comfortable but very low to the ground making it difficult for me I'm 67 to get up from it without holding on to the bed in front of me where somebody else was sleeping. The only thing that I found challenging was the beds being not very high off the ground. Blessings all

博多の宿泊に利用しました。
場所もよく博多の 街にごはん行くのも、ぶらぶら歩きで行けます。20分くらい歩きますが。しかし、近くにはよいお店も多くてなかなか。部屋は一棟を1階、2階で別々に借りる形で、私は1階に泊まりました。洗濯機もあり、洗濯可能。乾かすのは浴室乾燥使えます。目の高さ以上のところは埃が目立ちます。カウンター上のおしゃれなライト、桟などは、産毛のような埃があり、きれいな建物やおしゃれな作りなので、逆に甘さが目立ちます。総じては、満足ですので、また泊まりたいと思います。

The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

My stay was very comfortable. We included breakfast inthe booking and the food was great. I am a vegetarian and I had good options to eat. Most of the staff speak English too. The only problem I had was that the corridors are not aircconditioned and it is hardly 10 steps from the lift to the room door. However, due to the severe heat that small area was kicking in so much heat suddenly which cause headaches on most days. Also those areas had the AC exhausts making it hotter inthe corridors. Except for this everything else is great.
We also got fresh towels everyday, although the room was cleaned only twice during the one week period. Amenities included all basic stuff like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dryer, tooth bursh and paste and water bottles. There was coffee and tea at the reception. All in all it was an excellent stay.
