"What a fantastic trip.
The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary.
Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer.
When we got to the main boat we were served lunch which was beautiful. A great selection for all tastes.
Happy Hour was twice a day and the bar man Alex was extremely generous with his portions.
My partner doesn’t eat seafood (choice not allergy) and they always provided an alternative without a problem.
Tim also served us...
"The hotel keep up the spirit and Western style mixed with Asian hospitality.
We visited first time in 2008 and its still very good! Breakfast is good for both Westerners and Asians.
Good restaurants and bar!"
"It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!"
"Worst hostel yet. After check-in a blanket and pillow were thrown into my arms and I was told to go upstairs after they gave me a bed number. I wondered all around the different dorm rooms eventually finding my
bed. The worst was the overall cleanliness and the breakfast, which was revolting."
"Hotel was what we expected of 3 stars. The room size was ok, the mattress a bit hard and the heater is like not functioning as intended. Hot water needs to let the water run for 10 mins before it got heated.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful and helped to prepare our breakfast for takeaway as we have to check out before 6am (bf starts at 630am).
There are restaurant and street food surrounding the hotel. Overall the hotel is value for what we paid for."
