The room is good, spacious and clean. Services are great. Breakfast is free and good. Receptionist area should be air conditioned at least until 10pm

From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had. From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay. The whiole place is impeccably kept. This is one of the best resorts as everyone is friendly and makes your stay special. Nhi is the best, she made our stay wonderful.

Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the restaurant (which was quite good) but you can order delivery through grab - overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights.
